We confirmed that the reported API downtime was caused by a Better Stack monitoring issue and not an outage of the Clubly API.

Our API remained operational during this period. No customer action is required, and all Clubly services are operating normally.

At approximately 8:00 PM ET on August 12, 2026, we received reports indicating that the Clubly API may have been temporarily unavailable for approximately 5 minutes.

Our team immediately investigated the issue. The API is currently operating normally, and our health monitoring is reporting a healthy status. At this time, we have not confirmed that the API itself experienced a full outage, and we are continuing to investigate what caused the temporary connectivity reports.
